With the continuous development of science and technology, the preparation process of Carbon Black Pigment and its application in inks have also made significant technological progress.

There are many different preparation processes for Carbon Black Pigment , and common methods include thermal cracking, carbonization, and gas phase methods.

  1. The thermal cracking method is to crack the carbon source material at high temperature to produce carbon black. The carbon black particles prepared by this method are larger and have a relatively small specific surface area, which is suitable for certain specific application fields.
  2. The carbonization method is to heat the carbon source in restricted air to produce carbonization reaction.
  3. The gas phase method is to crack the gaseous carbon source under appropriate conditions to produce carbon black particles. The carbon black prepared by this method has a larger specific surface area and better electrical conductivity and adsorption properties.

With the development of nanotechnology, nano carbon black, as a new type of material, has gradually been used in the preparation of inks. Nano carbon black has a larger specific surface area and smaller particle size, which can achieve better dispersion in ink and increase the blackness of ink.

The preparation methods of nano carbon black include gas phase method, sol-gel method, etc. These methods can control the size and morphology of nano carbon black, thereby achieving a more refined ink coloring effect.

In the field of ink application, Carbon Black Pigment can not only increase the color depth of ink, but also improve the conductivity and durability of ink. Especially in the field of electronic printing, Carbon Black Pigment , as an important component of conductive ink, can realize the preparation of printed circuits.

In addition, carbon black can also be used as an additive to increase the viscosity and fluidity of ink and improve the printing performance of ink.
