  • 1, the distance between the rollers should be carefully adjusted according to the needs of production, fixed so that it is good to make it stable, so that the pressure between the rollers to achieve a constant state.
  • 2, the temperature of the rollers must be controlled to maintain a constant temperature, to avoid high and low temperatures at work, otherwise it will affect the viscosity of the system and further affect the dispersion of carbon black.
  • 3、If the products produced require high blackness, high luster and high dispersion, the surface of the three-roller machine must be carefully cleaned when different batches are produced.

Sand mill is the grinding equipment with the widest adaptability, the most advanced and the highest efficiency of pigment carbon black dispersion.

When grinding pigment carbon black, the sand mill relies on the shear force of the dispersing medium in the carbon black, which is provided by high-speed rotation to disperse the carbon black to achieve the purpose of dispersion.

Commonly used dispersing media are glass beads, steel beads and ceramic beads. The advantages are high efficiency, fast dispersion time and continuous production. In the use of sand mills need to pre-mix the material, and pigment carbon black in the amount of dispersing medium to grasp, too much will increase the wear and tear between the dispersing medium, resulting in a reduction in the particle size of the dispersing medium: sometimes it will also lead to the dispersing medium of the broken, affecting the quality of the product. If it is too little, the distance between the dispersing medium will increase, which will reduce the dispersing efficiency.
