1) Choose carbon black with better dispersibility.
2) Soak carbon black in solvent,resin and dispersing agent for more than 24h before dispersing.
3) Check the content of impurities in CZC, resin, solvent, pigment black or other constituents in the system.
4) Make out whether the organic anhydrous system is mixed with water, or the moisture content of resin and black carbon is too high.
5) Guarant viscosity may be too low;shear force may be not enough when grinding or squeezing out. Adjust the formula and viscosity of the system.
