Pigment Carbon Black for Cement Mortar with better blackness and good dispersion
Cement pigment carbon black is used in cement highways, railways, bridges, subsea tunnels, colored tile caulks, cement bricks, asbestos tiles, roofing materials, asbestos cement boards, cement building boards and other cement building materials.
Pigment Carbon Black can be added to cement mortar, and mainly acts as a colorant in cement mortar or asbestos cement.

Can carbon black be mixed with cement mortar to turn black?
If you want to make the cement mortar darker, you can add carbon black, but the cement mortar after adding carbon black is usually gray, not very black. This phenomenon is mainly caused by two aspects. On the one hand, the amount of carbon black added is not enough; When using cement carbon black, add some cement carbon black dispersant.
What amount of carbon black is added to cement ?
The amount of carbon black added in cement should be based on the needs of the product. The cement products made with a small amount of carbon black (0.2%-5%) have good workability, easy use, good water reduction, and fast brick building. The price is cheap and the cost performance is much better than similar products. If 1.3% carbon black is added, the crushing time can be shortened by 1/3.
For example, if the cement dry powder is coated with 0.2-1% asphalt film, and then mixed with 02-1.5% carbon black (particle size <70mm), a cement with low water permeability, high compressive strength, and good adhesion to steel bars can be produced. Portland cement with strong compatibility, this cement also contains 2 to 5% gypsum.
